The Elite Estate Conference has been supported by the Ural Chamber of Real Estate

The Ural Chamber of real Estate has initiated the support of the International Elite Estate Conference.

This event will help to create joint mechanisms of successful work on the elite real estate market in the judgment of the Ural Chamber of Real Estate chief executive Rustem Galleev.

The Ural Chamber of Real Estate is the largest association of real estate professionals in the Sverdlovsk Region. The Chamber has been acting since 1995 and for the present moment it unites more than two hundred members. The Chamber’s mission is to create a civilized real estate market on the grounds of the existing legislation and by means of forming , introduction and constant perfection of  professional standards system for it’s  participants.
The second international  Elite Estate Conference will take place at “Park Inn Pulkovskaya” Hotel on May,  13-14. The event is hosted by the Group of Companies «Bulletin of Real Estate».

The business agenda of the conference is planning to include the market development  issues of de luxe properties already built or yet being constructed, commercial de luxe real estate and ingenious projects realized lately in this particular market segment.
As the year before, the “elite” criteria in Russian and world-wide  practices will be discussed. On the second day of the Conference participants will get a chance to attend Business-tours.

Besides that a wide cultural program will be offered to Elite Estate  participants. It will include sight-seeing tours and a banquet on the Neva River.
The Elite Estate Conference will take place right before the first topical international forum dedicated to overseas property market –  INFOREAL . This event will be held in St.-Petersburg on May 14-17, 2009. It is a new event organized by the Group of Companies «Bulletin of Real Estate» in cooperation with  Prian.ru – International Property   web-portal .  INFOREAL ideology has a complex format: the forum will include two events – the International  Property Congress for professionals (May 14-15th) and the International Property Exhibition for the people (May 16-17th).
Thus, the participants of the Elite Estate Conference will also have an opportunity to visit the largest professional event dedicated to the overseas property market in Russia.
