Conditions of participation in the Conference
Dear property market professionals!
We would like to invite you on the Elite Estate International Conference, which is going to be held on May, 13-14, 2009 in the business center of “Park Inn Pulkovskaya” Hotel. Participation request are received through May, 7, 2009.
Before submitting your participation request please be sure to attentively review the Conference program as well as Conference Participant’s Packages.
In order to make your work at the Conference more effective and most comfortable the Organizing Committee recommends you to choose Conference Participant’s Package # 1. It includes dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, provides the participant’s portfolio with all Congress materials, etc.
Conference participants are required to pay transportation and accommodation expenses.

Conference Participant’s Package #1
Prices differ according to the date of payment:
Jan., 5 till Mar., 3, 2009 – 120 euro for each participant for each participant;
Mar., 4 till Ap., 15, 2009 – 30 euro for each participant for each participant;
Ap., 16 till May, 7, 2009 – 160 euro for each participant for each participant.
Attention! If you order more than one Participant’s Package for a company you will get a 20% discount.
Participant’s Package #1 includes:
- Plenary meeting admission, participation in sections/round tables activities (May, 13).
- Participation in any business-tour (May, 14).
- Participant’s portfolio – includes Conference documentation and materials.
- Coffee-break (May, 13).
- Dinner (May, 13).
- CD containing Conference participants reports
- Conference participant honorary diploma.
- A free CD containing the Conferences photos
- A possibility to participate (for extra charge) in cultural program of the Conference (bus and motor-ship sight-seeing tours).
